This pillow was made by an association of women artisans just outside of Kalaat M'Gouna.

Located in the southeast of Morocco, this village is most known for its valley of roses, and they have a well-known rose festival every May.

Mina is the matriarch of the association, she has passed the art of weaving down to her daughters, daughters-in-law, cousins, and villagers.

This timeless piece represents generations of tradition and symbolism. Each pillow is one-of-a-kind, made from a vintage textile that was woven in the village.
